Suitable for air, helium or a mix of both. Due to the natural properties of helium, if you use helium, confetti will pool at the bottom rather than cling to the sides. Be aware that helium will dissipate rather quickly. Air-filled balloons are just as pretty and can be piled on the floor or tied to a chair. Both choices create an adorable effect.

For best results, try not to expose balloons to high heat or treat them roughly. If they pop with confetti in them, it will create quite a shower!
